Spiced Cranberry Prosecco Punch

If you’re playing party hostess then this is the recipe for you.  Bob the punch in a large ”serve yourself”  bowl so you don’t need to whizz around topping up glasses and can enjoy your party to the fullest. If you’re also cooking, may I suggest adding the extra liquer so you stress less over timings and the guests don’t care when you serve them late!


  • 2 bottles of Prosecco
  • 1 litre cranberry juice
  • 600ml orange juice
  • zest of two oranges
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 oranges sliced/couple of handfuls of cranberries (optional)
  • Loads of ice

Note: Makes approx 20 servings.  If you want a boozier punch, add 2ooml of dark rum or bourbon whiskey.


Errrr….mix together and enjoy!
