Gin and fresh grapefruit juice give this Prosecco cocktail a tart kick which cuts through the sweetness of the elderflower and the crème de cassis. This cocktail is best made one at a time, and the ingredients listed below are for a single cocktail.
1 tbsp crème de cassis
2 tsp elderflower cordial or liqueur
25ml fresh grapefruit juice
Chilled Prosecco, to top up
- Put all of the ingredients except the Prosecco into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice, and shake hard.
- Strain into a flute shaped glass and top with chilled Prosecco.
