This fresh Prosecco Julep cocktail provides the perfect aperitif so you can begin your New Year’s Eve celebrations in style!
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
- 1 sugar cube
- 1 dash bourbon (I use Jack Daniels)
- chilled Prosecco
Place mint and sugar cube in a mixing glass; add bourbon. Using muddler or handle of wooden spoon, crush the sugar and rub the mint until torn and fragrant. Add the chilled Prosecco then gently strain into your flute or other serving glass.
