Any cocktail with pear flavouring is just perfect for me…hence the name! This makes quite a stiff cocktail – great on a chilly Autumn night when you need warming up!
1 tbsp runny honey
30ml pear-infused vodka
15ml fresh lemon juice (and lemon twish to garnish)
15ml pear liqueur
1 dash Angostura bitters
Combine honey with a tbsp of warm water in a cocktail shaker and stir to dissolve honey. Add the vodka, lemon juice, liqueur, bitters, together with some ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a chilled glass. Top with the Prosecco and garnish with the lemon twist.
