Mass Bianchet boast four generations of winemaking experience and a modest collection of vineyards in the Prosecco DOCG zone. They produce a handful of different Proseccos, including a single-vineyard Millesimato and another Prosecco made using the sur-lie method, where fermentation takes place in the bottle to give a crisp, yeasty wine with soft bubbles and a fine mousse.
Mass Bianchet is open Monday to Saturday, and on Sunday mornings for winery tours and Prosecco tasting in English or Italian. As well as their Proseccos, they also sell a small selection of red wines at their Colbertaldo winery.
