Prosecco tasting, sales, accommodation.

Owned and run by the Collalto family, the Borgoluce winery can be found nestled in the rolling hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Borgoluce is fairly unique among Prosecco producers: of their 1200 hectares of land, only 47 of these are devoted to Prosecco production, with the rest being used for olive groves, orchards, cereal crops and pastures, where the cows and sheep are allowed to roam freely.  Borgoluce is an eco-friendly winery, and the whole farm (including the distillery) is powered by renewable energy sources, such as biomass burners and solar panels.

Borgoluce produce three different types of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, and one Prosecco di Treviso DOC.  They often hold half-day tasting sessions, where guests can sample their finest Proseccos and still wines alongside delicious local antipasti.

The menu at the Borgoluce restaurant is updated regularly to incorporate seasonal produce from the farm. Drop in for lunch or dinner between and day of the week except Monday or Tuesday, when the restaurant is closed.

If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, Borgoluce also offer a range of accommodation – choose from self-catering apartments or bed-and-breakfast suites in the main farmhouse. Guests are welcome to stroll around the beautiful estate and swim in the natural wetland-style pool, which uses plants and rocks to filter the water instead of harsh chemicals.
