Prosecco tasting, sales.

Adami is an award-winning winery located on the hills of Colbertaldo, where the vineyards face the lowest ranges of the Dolomite mountain range.  This little spot, shielded from harsh winds by the towering Dolomites, with its own mild microclimate, steep hills and varied soil structure makes for perfect winemaking territory.

This family business has been handed down from generation to generation, and today it is run by brothers Armando and Franco Adami, both expert winemakers and graduates from the prestigious local school of Oenology.  Together they produce some very special Prosecco Superiore, including a Superiore di Cartizze and a Vineyard Garden Prosecco DOCG, which regularly pick up awards at national food and wine competitions.
