This is a real Christmas cracker of a Prosecco cocktail. Delicious, simple and quick to make. They are like a frosted Kir Royal. You can use whatever liqueur you happen to have available, but try and keep it festively rouge. I have it on good authority that Mr & Mrs Claus enjoy a few of these on the run up to Christmas eve.
- A good splash of Chase Blackcurrant (or other red liqueur)
- A scoop of red sorbet
- Add the Chase Blackcurrant
- Top with a scoop of red sorbet
- Fill with Prosecco
