- 2 tablespoons of Cognac
- 100ml of lemon juice
- 150ml of simple syrup
Shake the Cognac, lemon juice and simple syrup together with some ice. Strain into your glass and then top up with Prosecco. Delicious!
*to make simple syrup, add water and sugar to a small saucepan over medium heat. Strain into a jar and seal tightly with a lid. Simple syrup will keep, refrigerated, for about a month.
