Prosecco tasting, winery tours, sales.
Marsuret is an award-winning Prosecco producer whose vineyards are dotted around the steep Valdobbiadene hillside. Since the altitude, soil structure, and sun exposure varies from one vineyard to the next, each Prosecco that Marsuret produce has its own unique characteristics.
The winery was founded in 1936, when Agostino Marsura bought his first vineyard in Guia di Valdobbiadene and began making Prosecco using the traditional sur-lie method, where fermentation occurs in the bottle rather than a large autoclave. Since then, they’ve taken up the more modern Charmat method of Prosecco production, which produces a different flavour.
Contact Marsuret to arrange Prosecco tasting, sales and tours of their winery, cellar and tasting rooms – they speak English and Italian, and are open Monday to Friday all day, and Saturday mornings.
